Hi, my name is Paul. I had a fairly typical childhood growing up in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney NSW. Always active on my bike, skateboard or down at the local Basketball court. I was never sitting still.

My mother was always fairly health-conscious, making sure I ate healthily and drank plenty of water. In my mid-teens we got a water fiilter at home and in a short time i started to notice differences.
I had been suffering from acne, which I dismissed as being sweat-related due to the high levels of sport and activity I was doing.
But within a few days my acne noticeable reduced, my skin was clearer and I was waking up in the mornings with more energy and less....blurgh.!!!

Fast-forward 25 years and my partner at the time brought a water filter home. It didn't take Iong before I was reminded of the benefits of making such a simple change.
